We cut with fully-automated machines

We cut bricks with state-of-the-art, fully automated, high-performance industrial machines based in the Baltic region.

As a result, we cut the bricks with smooth edges and to the exact specifications of our clients, with a tolerance of just 1–2 mm, which is considered an ideal cut. In addition, thanks to the high capacity of the equipment used, we can make up to 30,000 cuts per day. So not only do we do the job well, but we do it quickly.

We use advanced wet cutting technology

We use wet cutting, which is a brick-cutting technology that avoids dust on the surface of the bricks. The continuously water-cooled blade allows us to cut even the toughest bricks, which is not possible with dry cutting technology. The bricks are washed with clean, continuously filtered water, and washing is carried out both during and after the cut. Once cut, the bricks can be cemented without any further cleaning.

The work is carried out in the shortest possible time

We cut very large as well as smaller quantities of bricks.

We can cut bricks for large property developments as well as for individual houses or households.

Because we use the latest high-performance cutting machines, we have the capacity to make up to 30,000 cuts a day, which means we can cut a truckload of bricks in a day. So not only do we deliver quality work, but we also do it in quantity and to tight deadlines.

Minimum defects (cracks)

All bricks have microscopic cracks that are not visible to the eye. As a result, some bricks split during cutting. When ordering the quantity of bricks to be cut, this must be taken into account. Usually, an increase of up to 10% is suggested. This is not a problem for us. The use of fully-automated machines, the wet cutting method, and the experienced team allow us to minimize the likelihood of the bricks being cracked. We are proud of the fact that we have by far the lowest amount of defects (cracks) on the market (up to 3% of the order quantity) during cutting.

Packaging, transport, storage

We pack the prepared and washed bricks on separate pallets in the correct order, marking the parts of the façade drawings on the packaging. This makes it much easier and quicker in the bricklaying process.

If necessary, we can deliver the bricks to the right place for an extra charge. We offer a free storage service for the week before and the week after cutting. Additional storage is available for an agreed fee.

SHORTCOMINGS of cutting bricks on site

Cutting is carried out in a dry process. This leads to a lot of dust during the cutting and staining of the bricks. The bricks must be washed before they are cemented. In addition, dry cutting makes it difficult if not impossible to cut hard bricks.
High cutting speeds and good productivity cannot be achieved. This leads to a halt in further brick installation work, downtime for workers, and additional costs in terms of hold-ups and project delays.
Precise accuracy cannot be maintained and curved cuts are very common.
All bricks have microscopic cracks that are not visible to the eye. As a result, some bricks crack during cutting. Such cracks are particularly common when cutting by hand or on-site. Sometimes the cracks (defects) can amount to as much as 10%.
